- Customization Request: By submitting this form, you confirm your request for a personalized/customized product from De'vyora’s handmade collection.
- Details Provided: Please ensure all customization details, including measurements, images, and specifications, are accurate. De'vyora’s will work based on the information you provide.
- Processing Time: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, customization requests require additional time for design, approval, and production. We will contact you within 12 to 24 hours to confirm details and timelines.
- Pricing: The customization fee of ₹1000 (or as specified) is in addition to the base product price. This fee covers the additional craftsmanship, materials, and labor involved.
- No Mock-ups or Approvals At De'vyora, with over 25 years of experience in design and craftsmanship, we take great care in creating each customized piece. While we do not provide digital mock-ups or design approvals before production due to the artisanal nature of our work, our customer service team will gladly share the exact shade or color code that will be used. Please understand that for multi-coloured or shaded patterns, variations are natural and part of the handmade charm, making each piece truly unique.
- Non-Refundable: Customization fees and personalized products are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the work. Please review your request carefully before submission.
- Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of form submission. After this period, customization work may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
- Liability: De'vyora is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted through the customization form.
- Privacy: Any personal information and images submitted will be used solely for the purpose of customization and handled with confidentiality.
